Caldwell Police Release Images of Suspect
Recent commercial burglaries in Caldwell remain under investigation.
The has released these video surviellance images of a suspect in five Caldwell restaurants burglaries that took place in the same night earlier this month.
According to police, a during the early morning hours of Saturday, March 3. The burglar reportedly got away with about $1,100 in cash from four of the five establishments.
The suspect is believed to be a black male, approximately six-feet tall, with a muscular build and a beard and mustache. He is described as wearing glasses or goggles and a gray hoodie, which was pulled over his head.

The burglaries remain under investigation. Anyone with information regarding the incidents should contact Caldwell Police at 973-226-2600.
Caldwell Police Chief James Bongiorno said at a council meeting following the incidents that none of the restaurants had a security system in place. Bongiorno encouraged businesses to install security systems, adding that just a sticker in the window can act as a deterrent.
