Caldwell Seeks Inspiring Women For 2026 Awards: How To Submit A Nominee

The annual award honors women who have made "outstanding contributions" to the borough.

CALDWELL, NJ — Caldwell is seeking nominations for its 2026 “Women's Community Impact Award,” which honors locals who have made “outstanding contributions” to the borough.

Award nominees can be a professional, a volunteer or another “agent of change,” according to a municipal notice. Nominees can be Caldwell residents or people who have made “significant contributions to the community.” Current salaried employees or elected officials cannot be nominated.

Areas to be considered may include work for charitable, volunteer, philanthropic, and cultural institutions; service in the military; as well as economic, social, artistic, scientific and educational contributions; or being a “first” woman to break through a barrier.

The deadline for submissions is Feb. 23. Submit a nomination online here.

Members of the Borough Council will make the final selection of winners. The Women’s Community Impact Award will be presented at a borough council meeting in March.
