Caldwell To Sue West Caldwell Over Sewers: Meeting Planned
A special meeting has been scheduled of the Borough of Caldwell Council for Tuesday, regarding litigation against West Caldwell.
CALDWELL, NJ — The Borough of Caldwell will hold its next council meeting Tuesday night at 7:15 p.m. At the meeting, the council will consider a resolution authorizing litigation against West Caldwell over unpaid sewer invoices.
