Caldwell Town Council Approves Water Fee, Traffic Ordinances
Tables discussion on Historical Preservation Commission

The Caldwell municipal council approved ordinances amending water fees and vehicles/traffic during its Council Business Meeting on Tuesday, March 10.
The council approved Ordinance #1303-15, which amends the schedule of fees charged by the borough, so as to modify the amount of fees charged for water services.
The council also approved Ordinance #1304-15, which amends the town code chapter that governs vehicles and traffic.

The council tabled discussion on Ordinance #1302-15, which would have amended the ordinance governing the operation of the Historical Preservation Commission.

· Authorization of the purchase of a Morphotrak Livescan Fingerprinting System, as funded in a domestic preparedness grant, for the Caldwell Police Department for an amount of $27,495
