Caldwell Woman Leads Cops On Chase, Crashes On Garden State Parkway
Authorities charged the Caldwell resident with eluding and heroin possession, among other alleged violations.

A Caldwell woman led police on a car chase that ended with a crash on the Garden State Parkway on Monday, authorities reported.
The chase began in Clifton and ended when Laura Godlesky, 22, crashed her car on the parkway at Exit 135, according to the NJ State Police.
Emergency responders transported Godlesky to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Rahway for treatment of minor injuries, NorthJersey.com reported.

Authorities charged Godlesky with eluding, obstruction of a governmental function, possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia and criminally driving under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance.
She was also issued a motor vehicle violation for driving under the influence, NorthJersey.com stated.
