Belleville police found 45 hypodermic needles, heroin, crack and cocaine in the woman's possession.

Belleville police arrested a West Caldwell woman and charged her with drug possession after she allegedly refused to leave a local eatery earlier this month.

According to the Belleville Police Department, officers arrived at a Washington Avenue restaurant around 4:19 p.m. on March 18, after receiving a report that Carina Herman, 27, had been in the establishment for five hours and was refusing to leave.

When police arrived, Herman was allegedly applying makeup and “acting in an irrational manner,” authorities stated.
