Caldwell Zoning Board Mulls Application for New Condo Building on Lane Avenue
The proposed complex would include 21 units and would require a use variance.
Will a proposed 21-unit condo building on Lane Avenue cut the mustard with the Caldwell Zoning Board of Adjustment?
The project’s developers – Landmark Real Estate – put forth their application for the proposed new building during the board’s public meeting on May 6.
A use variance will be required because the street is only zoned for one and two-story homes.
