Caldwells Coronavirus Update: 35 Cases, 1 Death

CALDWELLS, NJ — There are 35 cases of the new coronavirus in Caldwell, North Caldwell and West Caldwell as of Monday morning, Essex County officials say.

Authorities released an updated COVID-19 patient count for the entire county as of 9 a.m. (See the county-wide chart below) The totals included:

• Caldwell - 12 cases, no deaths
• North Caldwell - 11 cases, no deaths
• West Caldwell - 12 cases, 1 death

As of Monday afternoon, New Jersey had a total of 16,636 cases and 198 deaths linked to COVID-19, according to the state health department.
