In The Caldwells: Fundraising 5K Run Cancelled

Organizers of the “Stride for Pride 5K Walk/Run” in North Caldwell on Saturday have cancelled this year’s event so that local police can focus on “The 2nd Annual Caroline Fund 5K Race,” which was scheduled for the same day in Caldwell.

“Since this race is scheduled for the same day and time as ours and would present a conflict and confusion for the police department, we have decided to cancel our event and to encourage anyone interested to register for this run,” Christine Basile of the North Caldwell Recreation stated on Thursday.
