In The Caldwells: New Craft Distillery Opens On Friday
The new distillery will hold a weekend-long event featuring product tastings, tours and specialty cocktails.
Jersey Spirits Distilling Co. (Jersey Spirits), a new craft distillery in Fairfield, will celebrate its grand opening weekend on Friday, Sept. 18.
The weekend-long celebration will include product tastings, tours and specialty cocktails. Guests can sample the distillery’s hand-crafted spirits and learn about small batch craft distilling.
In addition, Special discounts and giveaways will be offered to guests throughout the weekend.

Bottles of Jersey Spirits first release, Main Street Vodka, will be available for purchase.
The distillery is located at 1275 Bloomfield Ave. in Fairfield.

Business hours for the opening weekend are Friday from 4 to 9 p.m., Saturday from 1 to 9 p.m., and Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m.
Upcoming events at the distillery include an infusion class, a barrel share, a mixologist class and a distiller’s apprentice tour.
