Celebrate 125th Anniversary Of Caldwell Fire Department At BBQ, Field Day Event

CALDWELL, NJ — The Caldwell Volunteer Fire Department will hold a barbecue and “field day” event on Saturday, Aug. 1 to celebrate its 125^th anniversary year.

The public event will take place from 3 to 8 p.m. at the Caldwell firehouse, 30 Roseland Avenue. It will include food, refreshments and music. Learn more here.

The firefighter field day event will start at 3:30 p.m. It will include hose lays, ladder raising and a bucket brigade.

Roseland Avenue will be shut down, with parking allowed for fire apparatus only. Visitors should follow signs for specific parking areas.
