Day 14 of the Indigo Yoga 21 Day Challenge to a Happier and Healthier You

Good morning and happy Tuesday! Today marks two weeks in to your 21 day journey to a happier and healthier you! Day 14's challenge is an Indigo Yoga favorite! 

We challenge you to BE POSITIVE! Instead of focusing on what could go wrong, think about what is good. Anytime you think a negative thought, flip it to something positive. For example, if your thought is “I hate my job”, change that thought to “One day I will do (enter something you love here) for work” or consider how thankful you are to have a job. Each and every thing you say throughout the day should be positive – flip any negative thought to a positive one. 

Don’t forget – keep track of your eating habits, sleeping patterns, hydration, and activity level today. Eat lots of vegetables, get rid of added sugar, limit gluten and dairy intake and drink plenty of water! Keep a journal and take 5-10 minutes this morning to set an intention and meditate to kick start your day. Wind down with 5-10 minutes at the end of your day by reflecting on the day and record your feelings and results.
