CALDWELLS, NJ — Authorities closed part of Westville Avenue in Caldwell on Tuesday morning to make emergency water line repairs.

According to the Caldwell Police Department, officials closed part of Westville Avenue between Thomas Street and Cherry Lane. The repairs were expected to continue until 4 p.m.
