BELLEVILLE

Belleville’s 2016 celebration will take place on Monday, July 4 at the Belleville Municipal Stadium.

- 6:30 PM – Family fun with DJ and Magician
- 8 PM – Live performance by The Cameos
- 9:15 PM – Approximate start time for fireworks

BLOOMFIELD
The 2016 Bloomfield celebration will take place on Monday, July 4 at Foley Field.
Gates open at 5:30 p.m.
Opening ceremonies will start at 7:30 p.m.
The event will include food vendors, kid’s rides and games and live music at 7:45 p.m. performed by Bell Bottom Blues (Eric Clapton tribute).
Fireworks will start at 9:30 p.m.

CEDAR GROVE
According to a township social media post, Cedar Grove’s 2016 celebration will take place on Wednesday, June 29 at Panther Park.
Parking will be available in the Panther Park lot, the front lot of the Essex County building and on both sides of West Bradford Avenue.
Gates will open at 7 p.m. and fireworks will go off at dusk.
The event will include a live DJ, balloon artists and face painting.
ESSEX COUNTY
Essex County will present the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra and Fireworks show at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 28 at Branch Brook Park in Newark.
In case of rain, the concert will be held in the Cathedral Basilica in Newark and the fireworks display will be rescheduled.
* Due to the inclement weather forecast, the concert by the NJ Symphony Orchestra in Essex County Branch Brook Park will be held at 7:30 p.m. in the Cathedral Basilica at 89 Ridge Street in Newark. The Fireworks Spectacular has been cancelled and will be rescheduled at a later date.
LIVINGSTON
Livingston’s 2016 celebration will take place on Monday, July 4 near the Memorial Oval on Robert Harp Drive in Livingston.
This year’s event will feature family-friendly activities beginning at 9 a.m., including a classic car show, a swim carnival, a dinosaur BBQ and live music.
Fireworks begin 9:15 p.m., according to a town news release.
MAPLEWOOD
The Maplewood 2016 celebration will take place in Memorial Park, and will feature live music, boardwalk games, face painting, a classic car show and the Zerbini Family Circus.
Wristbands are required for entry for all events in Memorial Park and can be purchased here.
Opening ceremonies will be held at 8 a.m. in Ricalton Square, and the fireworks display begins at 9:15 p.m.

MILLBURN
Millburn’s 2016 celebration will take place on Monday, July 4
Activities will include a flag raising, patriot award, bike and trike parade and softball game starting at 9 a.m.
At 3 p.m. the event moves to the Millburn High School front lawn for activities such as live music, children’s amusements, rides and food.
At 7 p.m., activities move to Millburn High School Field, with music provided by Summit Soundz, and a fireworks display at dusk.
Tickets are $10 per person (child or adult) and will be available the day of the event.
A rain date is scheduled for Tuesday, July 5 (fireworks only).

NEWARK
The 2016 Newark celebration will take place from 4 to 10 p.m. on Monday, July 4 at Riverfront Park.
The event will include live music and family activities, as well as a fireworks show by the Passaic River and Riverfront Park
NUTLEY
Nutley’s 2016 celebration will take place on Monday, July 4 at the Park Oval.
The event kicks off at 6:30 p.m. and will include music and food.
Fireworks will take place at dusk.
In case of inclement weather, the event will be held on the “next clear night,” a township flyer states.

WEST ORANGE
The West Orange celebration will take place on Monday, July 4 at West Orange High School.
The event will begin at 6:30 p.m. and will include live music, a “fun meet” and fireworks.
