The West Caldwell Volunteer Fire Department in conjunction with the West Caldwell Volunteer Firemen's Association will be running their Annual Future Firefighter's Day. This event caps off National Fire Prevention Week, which is Oct. 3-9, and will include fun activities and events. Come by and learn what it is like to be a firefighter–wear the turnout gear, use a fire hose, take a ride on a fire engine, and learn valuable information on fire prevention and what to do in the event of a fire or emergency situation. All ages welcome.
