The Frame Shop in Caldwell is offering a free photo opportunity for Halloween pictures on Saturday Oct. 29th from 1:00 - 4:00 and Monday Halloween from 2:00 - 5:00. The photos will be taken by our new photographer in town Alex Rodriquez (w8Photography) and will be available immediately to take home.
