As a part of the 2011 "Read Across West Caldwell" program series, author and historian, Joseph G. Bilby will discuss his book, Freedom to All, which explores the contributions of New Jersey's African-American Civil War soldiers, highlighting the Camp William Penn regiments. Copies of the
book will be available for sale at the program's conclusion.
