Chef Dave is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America who, after years of success in barbeque competitions, opened Hog Wild BBQ with his brother Drew. The restaurant is located at 405 Bloomfield Avenue in Caldwell.
Friday, July 20 will be Hog Wild BBQ Day at the Caldwell Farmers’ Market. From 12-6, this popular local restaurant will offer their delicious pulled pork, pulled chicken, beef brisket, and full racks or ribs. Their homemade specialty barbecue sauces, corn bread, and baked goods will also be available. For some relief from the heat, cool off with glass of their freshly brewed and iced hibiscus, sweet, or un-sweet tea.
