The three West Caldwell residents who died on Sept. 11, 2001—Scott Cahill, Edward Keane and Jennifer Tino—will be recognized in a special Remembrance Ceremony marking the 10th anniversary of the attacks. The entire community of West Essex is welcome to attend.
