A retirement party will be held for Bill Frint, West Caldwell's director of public works and utilities as well as the town's emergency management coordinator, on Thursday, June 24 at Mayfair Farms (481 Eagle Rock Ave., West Orange).
Frint, who has worked with the department for 33 years, .
The cost of the event is $60 per person and includes dinner, beer, wine and soda.
