W. Caldwell Library Hosts Retro Cook-Off

The West Caldwell Public Library's Retro Cook-Off will be held on Monday at 6 p.m.

Cooks will go head-to-head in a competition, featuring recipes from the '60s, '70s and '80s. Audience members will sample each dish and select the winner.

Contestants may select to make buffalo chicken wings, quiche or pasta primavera for the cook-off. Registration is required and limited. To register as a cook or audience member, contact the library at 973-226-5441.

All programs are free and open to the public.
