Fairfield 2016 ‘Battle of the Badges’ Softball Game Will Benefit Officer Daniel Breslin

Fairfield, NJ – The Fairfield police and fire departments will battle it out for bragging rights on June 18 when they host the 2016 “Battle of the Badges” charity softball game.

According to fire officials, all proceeds from the event will go to support Daniel Breslin, a Bergen County police officer and Fairfield resident who was injured in the line of duty by a drunk driver.

The game will be held at 4 p.m. at Palmieri Field in Fairfield (near the recreation building).
