Fall T'ai Chi Chih Begins at Roseland Library, 9/8

Classes meet every Tuesday through November 24. No classes on Election Day, Nov. 3.

If needed, a make-up class will be reserved for Tuesday, Dec. 1.

Beginners will meet from 9:30 to 10:15 am, and returning students meet from 10:30 to 11:15 am.
Classes led by Lee Bergman of Roseland, accredited T’ai Chi Chih instructor. Fee is $77 per participant.

T’ai Chi Chih is a series of slow and gentle movements based on ancient wellness principles. Class covers all 19 moves and one pose. Increases energy and awareness, reduces stress and tension, improves balance, flexibility, and an overall sense of wellness.

Comfortable, flexible shoes are recommended, but shoes are not required. Class can be modified for sitting on a chair if necessary. The Roseland Free Public Library is located at 20 Roseland Avenue in Roseland.
