Fall T'ai Chi Chih at Roseland Free Public Library
Classes will be held in library community room following safety guidelines.
Certified T'ai Chi Chih instructor Linda Sercarz will teach Fall T'ai Chi Chih on Tuesdays 10:30-11:30 am starting September 14 through November 23. There will be no class on Election Day, November 2. Fee is $100 for all 10 classes. For your safety, if you are unvaccinated, please wear a mask. Limited to 20 participants.
T'ai Chi Chih is not a martial art. This gentle exercise is based on ancient wellness principles from the Far East and is made up of 19 different moves and a single pose. All levels are welcome.
Linda, who is also a Reiki practitioner and certified HeartMath coach/mentor, has taught at the Montclair Adult School, JCC, Township of Millburn, Caldwell Community Center, and the Chatham Adult School, among other locations.
