Guest Chef Puts on Mozzarella Making Display for West Essex High Students

Guest Chef Renato Colanbrea of Pomptonian Food Service prepared homemade mozzarella for West Essex High School students during unit lunch on Monday.
Students were able to watch the chef at work as he made homemade mozzarella and explained the process.
