Help Feed West Essex First Aid Squad As They Battle Coronavirus
Supporters can order meals from local restaurants for first responders and have them delivered to West Caldwell.
CALDWELLS, NJ — The following news release comes courtesy of the Borough of Caldwell. Learn more about posting announcements or events to your local Patch site.
The West Essex First Aid Squad crews are volunteers who always respond to emergency calls at no cost to taxpayers. In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, they are also putting their lives on the line.
The WEFAS crews have little time for food breaks, and that's where residents can make a two-fold difference; by ordering meals from our local restaurants for our first responders and having them delivered from 5:30 to 6 p.m. at 642 Bloomfield Ave in West Caldwell. This will help both the WEFAS crews and our local businesses owners.
