Fire Destroys Essex Fells Home
Fire departments from around Essex County work through the night to control blaze.
Firefighters are still on the scene Monday morning after working through the night to control a fire that devastated an Essex Fells home.
The fire in the large, three-story house at 145 Devon Road broke out Sunday night with fire departments from throughout West Essex responding to assist.
No information is known at this time about the cause of the fire or where in the house it started. It is believed that anyone who was in the house made it out safely.

The fire was believed to be under control around 9:30 p.m. Sunday night, but according to unofficial reports rekindled just before 4 a.m. Monday morning.
