I know when we think about creating spare keys, we don’t think about how important they are at the time of creating them – We sure do know how much we want them around when we need them however! The Shoe String Method

The shoe string method only works in certain situations but is really easy to do if it’s the right situation to use it for yourself. This method only works by pulling up on the lock, so if your lock doesn’t have the ability to loop around the locking mechanism, this one wont work for you in this case.

You tie the shoe string into a small loop in the middle of the shoelace, you want to be able to tighen it so make sure to tie the knot correctly. Next, you want to get the string inside the car by trying to slip it through the door. Don’t worry if you don’t get it correctly the first time, but with a little practice you will. Then all you do is pull up on the lock and you’re golden.

Coat Hanger Method

This one works the best for different situations you might find yourself needing a Boston locksmith for. The coat hanger is a nice old fashioned trick that the older generations have been using over the years to get themselves out of a jam the easiest way possible. This unlocking method of course involves using a coat hanger to pry open the door, but you should be careful not to stab yourself with the coat hanger as the edges are very sharp and can cut you. Slim Jim Method

The slim jim method is quite possibly the easiest of them all in terms of getting your car door unlocked in the quickest way imaginable. No this does not mean using an actual slim jim to open your car door, that might not end well. With the slim jim method you actually need to aqure a slim jim from someone that may know where you can acquire one.
