Jewelry, Laptop Taken From West Caldwell Home
Police investigating incident, asking residents to lock doors and windows and turn on alarms.

Jewelry and a laptop were reported missing from a Nutting Place home in West Caldwell on Friday, according to police.
The burglary was reported at 8 p.m. Jan. 6 and is believed to have occurred some time between 12:30 and 7:30 p.m.
Police said the burglar or burglars entered through a rear door and focused on a second-floor master bedroom.
