N. Caldwell 3rd Graders Learn About Guide Dogs, Raise Donations
A class of third-graders in North Caldwell raised more than $500 for a New Jersey-based guide dog school.

NORTH CALDWELL, NJ — A class of third-graders at Grandview School in North Caldwell recently raised more than $500 for New Jersey-based guide dog school, The Seeing Eye.
According to an email from school administrators, during the month of February, the third-grade students learned about guide dogs, specifically dogs from The Seeing Eye. They also got a chance to meet Ophelia and Jingle, two puppies in training, and learned more about The Seeing Eye organization.
All third-graders wore “pajamas for puppies” during a fundraiser on Friday, Feb. 22 that garnered more than $500 for The Seeing Eye, administrators said.
