N. Caldwell Students, Teachers Collect Pajamas For In-Need Kids

Up to 132 children living in group homes and foster care will soon have new pajamas thanks to a drive at Grandview School in North Caldwell.

NORTH CALDWELL, NJ — Up to 132 children living in group homes, shelters, foster care and orphanages will soon have new pajamas thanks to a clothing drive at Grandview School in North Caldwell.

According to district administrators, the students and staff of Grandview School participated in the 10th Annual Scholastic Reading Club Great Bedtime Story Pajama Drive. This drive benefits Pajama Program, a nonprofit organization that provides new pajamas and books to children in need. It particularly benefits children living in group homes, shelters, foster care, and orphanages.

Together, the school community collected 132 pairs of pajamas, administrators said.
