New Brewery and Tasting Room Opening Soon in Caldwell Area

Beer lovers take note; the Caldwell area will have a new brewery in early May.

Magnify Brewing Company, a 10-barrel brew-house located in Fairfield, plans to open its doors to the public by early May.

According to a release, Eric Ruta, the company’s founder and president, is a New Jersey native who spent his college years in Maine. While there, Ruta worked at the one of the state’s largest breweries and got a taste for the industry.

“Maine has an amazing craft beer culture. It was something that I fell in love with during my time there, and I wanted to bring a piece of that back home with me to New Jersey,” Ruta stated in a release.

In addition to a production brewery, Magnify will feature a tasting room for the public to enjoy samples and will offer regular tours.
