New Faces on the Force: Officer Raymond Foster

Three probationary police officers were last month. The following bio about Raymond Foster was provided by the WCPD:

Raymond Foster grew up in Clifton, NJ and graduated from Clifton High School in 2001.  

After high school, he received an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Bergen Community College in Paramus, NJ.  In October of 2009, Ray put himself through the Passaic County Police Academy, Class 09-37 as an Alternate Route candidate. During the Academy he received the Marksmanship award during firearms qualification.  

Before becoming a police officer here in West Caldwell, Ray worked at the California Pizza Kitchen in Wayne, NJ from August 2002 to May 2012, ending his career in the restaurant business as a Shift Leader and Manager.  

Currently residing in Riverdale with his girlfriend Caitlin, Ray looks forward to a long successful career with the West Caldwell Police Department.
