New Jersey's Enterprise Rent-A-Car Participates in the Children's Institute's Walk For a Lifetime Event

Wayne, New Jersey (May 27, 2015)- Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Northern New Jersey participated in the annual Walk For A Lifetime event on May 3, 2015, at Verona Park in Verona, New Jersey.

During the event, Enterprise Rent-A-Car employees assisted with event tasks such as check-in, entertainment and concession stand monitoring, and set-up. In addition, Enterprise Rent-A-Car provided 20 cases of water and donated $500.

“We know how important The Children’s Institute is to our community,” said Dana Havey, Enterprise human resources generalist manager in Northern New Jersey. “We are proud to have assisted this organization during its annual Walk For A Lifetime event. Our employees were eager to help this organization, which makes such a big impact on the disabled youth in New Jersey.” Each year, thousands of participants walk to raise awareness and funds for autism and The Children’s Institute, which provides students with autism and related disabilities with a full education, plus special programs that allow full integration with the community. This year’s event raised $115,000.
