Does anyone know if the police dept. Lifted the "No Parking" on side streets in Caldwell? I noticed that most of the signs are gone and. Cars are parked on the streets again. I tried to go down Washburn yesterday ( Sat). and there were at least 15 cars parked and it was very difficult to get thru the street.
