In North Caldwell: NJ Congressman to Host Military Recruitment Session for Students

Event aims to raise awareness about available opportunities with U.S. military.

The U.S. Representative for New Jersey’s 11th congressional district will host his 15th annual “11th Congressional District Academy Night” to raise awareness about available opportunities with the United States Military, Naval, Air Force, Merchant Marine and Coast Guard Academies.

The public information session will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. on Monday, March 11, at the West Essex Regional High School, 65 West Greenbrook Road, in North Caldwell.

During the session, high school students, guidance counselors and parents can meet with representatives of each of the service academies and hear about their experiences.

“I believe this event will benefit our young people immensely as they begin to plan their future beyond high school,” stated Frelinghuysen in a release.
