North Caldwell Store Sells $50K Powerball Lottery Ticket

A North Caldwell store sold a $50,000 ticket for the Oct. 24 Powerball drawing. See the lucky numbers here.

NORTH CALDWELL, NJ — A North Caldwell store sold a $50,000 runner-up ticket for the Wednesday, Oct. 24 Powerball drawing, lottery officials said.

According to the NJ Lottery, New Jersey had a $1 million ticket winner (see the location here). However, in addition to the second-tier prizewinning ticket sold, there were eight New Jersey Lottery tickets sold that matched four of the five white balls and the Powerball drawn, winning a $50,000 third-tier prize.

One of those tickets was sold at Quick on the Way, 1 Bloomfield Avenue in North Caldwell, officials said.

The winning numbers for the Wednesday, Oct. 24 drawing were: 03, 21, 45, 53 and 56. The Red Power Ball number was 22. The Multiplier number was 02.

The Powerball jackpot rolls to $750,000,000 for the next drawing to be held Saturday, Oct. 27 at 10:59 p.m., officials said.
