North Caldwell Weekend Events: Town Picnic, 5K Race/Color Run

NORTH CALDWELL, NJ — Get ready for two weekend events in North Caldwell: a 5K race and “color run,” and the annual town picnic.

The Borough of North Caldwell released the following details about each event, which will take place on Saturday, Sept. 7.

5K RACE/COLOR RUN – The North Caldwell Recreation Foundation 5K Race and Color Run is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 7 from 8 a.m. to approximately 11 a.m. The following roads will be closed during portions of this time: Gould Ave, Mountain Ave, Smull Ave, Hickory Dr, Fox Run, Roosevelt Blvd, Lakeside Ave, Amelia St, and Knollwood Dr. Please plan alternate routes during this time.

TOWN PICNIC –The annual Town Picnic will commence on Saturday, Sept.7 at 1 p.m. at the Town Pool. Admission for all North Caldwell residents is free; pool membership is not required. Food, beverages and snacks will be available for sale. Come join your neighbors for a beautiful day at the pool.
