Power Fails for West Caldwell Residents on Tuesday Morning
PSEG: Outage was due to a fire from fallen wire.

The morning routine was thrown out of whack for over 700 West Caldwell residents in the south end of town, when a power outage briefly hit on Tuesday, April 7.
According to PSE&G Spokeswoman Brooke Fisher, the power went out around 6:45 a.m. and was restored about 40 minutes later.
Fisher told Patch that the outage was due to a fire from a wire that had fallen across a utility pole. The reason why the wire fell is still undetermined, said Fisher.
