Power Of Flood On Full Display In The Caldwells (VIDEOS)
A local resident shared footage filmed from inside a Caldwell restaurant as Ida walloped the region.

CALDWELLS, NJ — Video footage from a resident in the Caldwells shows just how powerful a flash flood can be.

That prediction unfortunately proved correct on Wednesday night when water began rushing through the streets of the three municipalities.
Chris Anne Barretti shared a video with Patch taken from inside a restaurant on Bloomfield Avenue in Caldwell (watch it below). “I’ve never seen it like this before,” Barretti said, commenting on the rapidly rushing waters.

Barretti also shared a video taken of the streets near Roseland and Bloomfield avenues in Caldwell, taken around 9 p.m.
