Last month, the Cloverleaf Tavern donated a much-appreciated lunch to the North Caldwell Police Department.
“We would also like to give praise to all the other restaurants and individual donors that have provided our officers with lunches during these tough times,” police wrote.
Another inspiring donation came from Logan Goldstein, a 12-year-old local resident who took it upon herself to raise money for her Bat Mitvah project to help health care workers and first responders during the COVID-19 pandemic.
And earlier this week, the NCPD got an “awesome” donation of cop-inspired protective masks via Deana Crisso Sroka.
WEST CALDWELL
The West Caldwell Police Department has also seen a big show of support, such as a donation of snack baskets from the Rotary Club of the Caldwells.
