NorthSTAR medevac members, Essex County K-9 unit perform demonstrations.
The North Caldwell Police Department held a Safety Day Thursday morning behind borough hall where members of the NorthSTAR medevac unit, including North Caldwell resident Sgt. First Class Benny Matos and the Essex County Sheriff Department's K-9 Unit performed demonstrations for members of the North Caldwell Recreation Department's day camp. Borough police officers also fingerprinted the children during the more than four-hour event.
