Snapshot: Screaming from the Bleach Hairs

Some say it started seven years ago, others say it's been going on for about 10 years. One thing is for sure–the tradition of James Caldwell High School football players bleaching their hair the night before the first game of the season is "hair" to stay.

Varsity and junior varsity team members gathered Friday night at Allure Day Spa and Salon in West Caldwell for the bonding experience.

Later, they would take part in another tradition and walk the football field as a team from end zone to end zone. 

The Caldwell Chiefs play the Montville Mustangs at home today at 1 p.m.
