Temporary Water Shut-Off In Caldwell Taking Place On Monday

The shut off will begin around 7 a.m. Here's when it is expected to be back in service.

CALDWELL, NJ — A temporary water shut-off will impact some residents in Caldwell on Monday, June 30.

According to a municipal notice, the shut-off will impact all water customers from the intersection of Bloomfield Avenue and Mountain Avenue to the borough limit with the Township of Verona.

The shut-off will begin around 7 a.m. and is expected to be back in service around 1 p.m., although the duration will be based on conditions once they are identified, the borough’s advisory states.

The shut-off is taking place for maintenance, repairs and upgrades to the water system.

“We understand that this interruption may cause inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption to your daily routine,” borough officials said.
