University Women of West Essex Kick Off New Season, Seek Members

The University Women of West Essex (UWWE) is a caring community of women who support each other, are life-long learners, have fun together, and raise funds for college scholarships. UWWE will gather for dinner at Forte's in Caldwell, on Thursday, September 26 to discuss programs and enjoy fellowship.

The awarding of scholarships to deserving women is the central aim of UWWE. We present scholarships to area high school students, as well as to mature women returning to college.

• We connect regularly to enjoy a meeting speaker or luncheon with music.
• We laugh and share over games of Bridge and easy Chinese Mahjongg.
• We share new perspectives and a love of reading in our book groups.
• We experience new things, going to local theatre, or on a bus trip to discover a place in history.

If you have an associates college degree or higher, you are welcome to be a part of the University Women of West Essex (UWWE). Our friendly members live in many towns across the West Essex Area.
