West Caldwell Halloween 2017: Teens-Only Haunted Scavenger Hunt

The West Caldwell Public Library will host an after-hours, "teens-only" haunted scavenger hunt on Oct. 20.

WEST CALDWELL, NJ — The West Caldwell Public Library will host an after-hours, “teens-only” haunted scavenger hunt from 7 to 9 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 20.

According to a library news release, teens will form groups of “ghost hunters” and explore a darkened library using blacklight flashlights, each team seeking out clues to put together a local ghost story. At the end of the adventure, teams will see how well their ghost stories match up to historical standards.

Glow-in-the-dark bracelets will be available for all participants, event organizers said.
