West Caldwell Reaches Agreement On Affordable Housing

WEST CALDWELL, NJ — West Caldwell recently reached an agreement with the Fair Share Housing Center (FSHC) involving its affordable housing obligations.

The terms of the agreement were shared in a June 17 letter from the FSHC, which can be seen in full here.

The agreement was reached after years of litigation. It was agreed that 72 units of lower and modest housing will be provided along with an overlay of 200 additional units, TAP Into West Essex reported.
