Woodmont Industrial Partners Recruits Ben Rosen as Director of Acquisitions

FAIRFIELD, N.J. — Woodmont Industrial Partners, a leading development and management firm, today announced the hire of Ben Rosen, who has joined the firm as the director of acquisitions. In this new role, Rosen will spearhead the expansion of Woodmont Industrial Partners’ portfolio of industrial properties and land sites across New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and beyond.

Previously, Rosen was an asset manager at New York City-based KTR Capital Partners, where he was in charge of the firm’s 10-million-square-foot Tri-State portfolio. During this time, Rosen facilitated several large lease transactions including a 1.1-million-square-foot lease with Amazon in Carteret, New Jersey.

Prior to his role as asset manager at KTR Capital Partners, Rosen spent several years as an associate on the investments team where he was responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing real estate investments in the Midwest and Pacific Northwest regions. While in this position, Rosen managed the acquisition of over $1 billion of industrial real estate via 25 separate transactions.

Rosen received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with concentrations in real estate and finance. He will report directly to Eric Witmondt.
