On April
23, Caldwell Public Library is proud to be one of 2,300 bookstores and
libraries across America participating in World Book Night (Shakespeare’s
birthday). We will join the 25,000 volunteers who will be giving away half a
million free specially printed paperbacks to promote the joy of reading. Caldwell
Library is the local host location for other WBN givers. For 2014, the Library
will be distributing free copies of The Tipping Point to members of the
Caldwell Merchants Association. Members will meet to discuss the book at a June
