• Lewdness Probationer Busted In Bergen County Dollar Tree 'Upskirting' Case: Police (dailyvoice.com) — Police say a man was arrested after allegedly recording under a woman’s skirt at the Dollar Tree on Paterson Avenue in Carlstadt, then fleeing on an electric scooter. Carlstadt detectives worked with county agencies to identify the suspect, who was already on probation from a prior lewdness case, and later took him into custody on an invasion of privacy charge.
